NBN to revise Optus no-criticism demand | The Australian: "NBN Co has been forced to significantly revise its demands that Optus not criticise the nation's biggest infrastructure project in key regions for 15 years.
NBN Co and Optus had agreed that, as part of an $800 million deal, Optus would not criticise the NBN for 15 years when marketing its own wireless data services in areas where it will migrate hybrid fibre-coaxial cable customers on to the NBN."
